RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you need to request a return, please follow the following steps. Returns are free and you have 14 days after you received the articles to make your request.
1 - In the first place you should go to our returns form you can find on this website right below. You will need the same email address you used for the purchase and your order number as well (you can find it on your confirmation email: e.g EU12345).
2 - You have to prepare in the original box the article you want to exchange, including the delivery note in the inside; if missing, you can print out the order confirmation email. It is essential that we receive the delivery note so there is no problem registering your return.
3 - We have two different ways of returns depending on your origin:
For EU-Countries: we request a pick-up to your address by our courier. Notice that we will collect your articles from the moment you get an email from us confirming your picking up has been processed. As soon as we receive the articles and we’ve checked their condition, we’ll proceed to refund you the money within 14 days after we receive and check the products at our warehouse. Please note that we check each product: if the product you send us is not in good condition for reasons beyond our control or has been used, we may have to return it to you".

For Non-EU-Countries: If you want to RETURN your order you do not have to fulfil the form. You may send the parcel on your own via Postal Service (basic rate), requesting a shipping costs receipt and send it to us via Email (firstname.lastname@example.org). In this way, we will be able to register your request and refund up to 40$ as shipping costs. Once the return is registered in our warehouse, the refund will follow shortly afterwards.
4 - Defective products and guarantees
The guarantee issued by Muroexe guarantees the quality of its products during the legally established period. Our guarantee does not cover the deficiencies caused by the manipulation or improper use of the CUSTOMER.
Any item purchased in our shops or online shop that presents manufacturing defects prior to purchase, will be returned to the CUSTOMER at no cost to the same being able to choose between:
* Refund the money through the payment system used in the purchase of the product.
* New article to replace the defective one.
This commercial guarantee has an additional character and as such, does not alter the rights recognised to consumers and users by the regulations in force in each country according to the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November on the revised text of the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, modified by Law 3/2014 of 27 March.

IMPORTANT NOTE: if you order includes several products, the return of just one product will be for free. If you want to return more than one product from the same order a 6€ extra cost will be applied to shipping costs. E.g. if you buy 4 products and want to return 3 of them, you will have a to pay an extra cost of 6 for each extra product, in total it would be 12€ for the two extra products. We will be sending you a payment order after proceeding with your return request so you can pay it via our website using your credit card or Pay Pal.
