If you need to request a return, please follow the following steps. Returns are free and you have 14 days after you received the articles to make your request.
1 - In the first place you should go to our returns form you can find on this website right below. You will need the same email address you used for the purchase and your order number as well (you can find it on your confirmation email: e.g EU12345).
2 - You have to prepare in the original box the article you want to exchange, including the delivery note in the inside; if missing, you can print out the order confirmation email. It is essential that we receive the delivery note so there is no problem registering your return.
3 - We have two different ways of returns depending on your origin:
For EU-Countries: we request a pick-up to your address by our courier. Notice that we will collect your articles from the moment you get an email from us confirming your picking up has been processed. As soon as we receive the articles and we’ve checked their condition, we’ll proceed to refund you the money within 7 days after we receive and check the products at our warehouse. If they are somehow damaged, please notice that on certain occasions you may be only refunded the 50% of your purchase amount.

For Non-EU-Countries: If you want to RETURN your order you do not have to fulfil the form. You may send the parcel on your own via Postal Service (basic rate), requesting a shipping costs receipt and send it to us via Email (email@example.com). In this way, we will be able to register your request and refund up to 40$ as shipping costs. Once the return is registered in our warehouse, the refund will follow shortly afterwards.
